I loved photographing Ryan and Chelsea’s San Francisco City Hall wedding, I especially enjoyed the city vibe and classic San Francisco style the day had to it. Plus it was a bonus for me that I was able to take the ferry into the city to shoot the wedding, not a bad way to start the day.
Chelsea, a San Franciscan native looked absolutely beautiful! She had a great time getting ready with all her bridesmaids drinking mimosas in her classic North Beach apartment while Ryan hung out with his dad before the wedding in the tavern downstairs. The bridal prep went so smoothly, we were able to get them both to City Hall at the same time without seeing each other before the first look.
San Francisco City Hall is always breathtaking with it’s gorgeous architecture and it’s vibrant downtown location. The ceremony was short and sweet and even had a few people tearing up, yes I may had a few tears behind my camera. After the ceremony we had enough time for some fun and carefree portraits within city hall before we all made our way over to the Mission for the reception.
