A Beautiful California Wedding in the Santa Cruz Mountains

Kerri and Chris’ beautiful California wedding in the Santa Cruz Mountains was a perfect Autumn day.  They chose the site of the historical Roaring Camp Railroads for its natural beauty among the Redwoods for their ceremony and reception.  Kerri and her bridesmaids got ready in the old-fashioned one room schoolhouse on the property, while the guests waited to board the 1911 Steam train that would take the wedding party and guests to the ceremony site in the mountains.  As the train pulled away it stopped to pick up Kerri and the ladies at the schoolhouse as everyone made sure that Chris did not sneak at peek of his bride.  The train ride was so much fun and relaxing for the guests as they sipped on the refreshments and enjoyed each others company.  The ceremony site was at the top of the mountain among a circle of breathtaking old Redwood Trees, it was truly a lovely ceremony for everyone.  Everyone enjoyed the train ride back down the mountain for the reception at the main hall at Roaring Camp.  It was such a unique and beautiful day and I feel so lucky to have been there to capture it all.  Enjoy the photos!
